Terms & Policies

Most of our classes are available for drop in, however we recommend you contact us to let us know you want to attend as some of the programs have limited space. While all our welcome in our space, we reserve the right to limit the number of attendees based on space availability, program topic, or safety concerns. We also reserve the right to limit services if a visitor is unruly, unsafe, or disruptive.

We understand that, sometimes, life gets in the way of having fun, learning, and self care. Whenever possible, we try to provide refunds for programs. However, some programs, including package based programs and deposits to hold space in workshops and classes, will not receive refunds. Refunds are available on a case by case basis and vary depending upon the program.

If you are a new student, program participant, or receiving a treatment for the first time we ask that you arrive with 15 minutes to spare in order to check in and fill out our short paperwork.

Cypress Pillar Healing Arts is an all inclusive community space. We ask that all of those visiting treat it with love, honor, and respect. Shared spaces have shared amenities, such as books and plants, and we request that all visitors treat these items kindly.

By participating in our programs, workshops, classes, and receiving treatments in this space visitors are asserting that they are physically fit and able to receive these services. If you have any medical concerns please let your instructor or healthcare provider know before participating in any of our services.
