Complete Herbalism Wellness Package

Reverend Misha is a Registered Herbalist through the American Herbalist’s Guild, one of only a handful in the entire state of Florida. She is a certified Clinical Herbalist in both Western Herbalism and Chinese Herbalism. She is a certified Flower Essence Clinician and Practitioner. Misha practices both Western and Traditional Chinese Herbalism, providing an approach to wellness and health that blends together these two herbal modalities. Herbalism consultations include a thorough overview and interview of the client to determine their current challenges and patterns of dis-ease, allowing Misha to discover what plant allies will best support the client’s healing journey. Misha’s clients receive a full Wellness Plan, which addresses nutrition and diet, fitness and lifestyle, herbal suggestions, spiritual work, and other elements to support a multifaceted approach to growing healthier and meeting each client’s individual goals.

Herbalism consults include a detailed wellness plan for the client and herbal suggestions. However they do not include the actual herbal medicine; these are made individually for each client and tend to range $10-$25 additional charge depending upon the formulation.

* Follow up visits are typically 30 minutes and are $50 - a follow up visit is recommended 3-4 weeks after the initial visit

Acute / Emergency Herbalism Session

30 Minutes $50

Need herbal support in the short term? Have a cold, fever, or acute condition you simply can’t kick? Consider our 30 minute emergency session. (note - this does not replace emergency care; if you need emergency help please seek medical attention). During this session, Misha will review your current symptoms and create a formula for you to help in the short term. If you don’t necessarily need an entire wellness plan to help you chart out your course of healing, this is a great solution to help you get a formula created for your immediate use.

Emergency Herbalism consults do not include a detailed wellness plan for the client. They do include herbal and lifestyle suggestions intended to help the client in the short term. Flower Essence Session

Flower Essence consultations are wonderful for people who are seeking mental or emotional support. From PTSD to anxiety, depression to working through childhood trauma, flower essences are a gentle non-invasive method of clearing stuck patterns and stories. Misha will custom blend a flower essence formula for you to help with your emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. Flower Essences are incredible medicine to help support you through life’s challenges and work especially great for addiction, anxiety, stress, and just shifting out of stuck patterns. Misha is extremely skilled at creating essences to help you shift your approach to life and usher in change and transformation. Your visit will include time to discuss your challenges, blocks, and any trauma that you would like to clear. Then Misha will blend a custom flower essence for you to help you on your healing journey.

Reiki Session

60 Minutes $85

Reverend Misha is a Reiki Master and has been practicing Usui Reiki for over 20 years. Her work is deeply rooted into Mt. Kurama, the birthplace of Usui Reiki where she has spent time studying, and the traditional Japanese Reiki practices. These sessions are deeply supportive and relaxing, and are a nourishing experience that helps your body to move or remove energy blocks allowing you to settling into a place where your own body is able to care for itself. Reiki sessions are great opportunities to reduce stress, relieve emotional challenges, release trauma, and support your beautiful self. Treatments can be given seated or laying down. Distance treatments are also available.

Soul Work / Shamanic Healing

Our life experiences are rich and full, and often run the full spectrum of feelings from pure joy to deep sorrow. Sometimes though we enter into place of trauma or overwhelm and it becomes necessary for us to seek out others to support and lift us up. In her work as a light bringer, Misha specializes in illuminating the darkness, and holds space for her clients during their darkest of times. Her Soul Work sessions blend a variety of traditional Shamanic practices and plant and animal spirit medicine, calling forth a host of allies to support you on your journey. Each session includes cleansing of your energetic field and a balancing of your chakras, as well as your soulful supportive work. These sessions may include journeying, guided visualization, illumination, soul retrieval, extraction, cleansing, crystal work, and other elements to help guide you on your way.

Shamanic Healing Sessions may include:

• Soul Retrieval - Retrieval of pieces of the soul that have been lost during times of intense trauma, grief, depression, fear, or challenge. Re-integrate these parts of your self.

• Extraction of Spirits (living or deceased) - Removal of negative influences that cause unwanted behaviors, thoughts, and actions

• Illumination - Discovery and clearing of past stories, trauma, habits, and/or family curses/issues that need to be released or healed for you to move on with your life in health and happiness

• Cord Cutting - Disconnection of ties to people, places, things, jobs, etc. Removal of unhealthy connections so that new energy can flow.

Both shorter and longer readings are available, and Misha is also available to read at parties and small group gatherings.
