COVID-19 POLICIES:

All visitors entering the building are required to wear masks at all times. Upon booking a service or class, clients will be sent our COVID-19 policies to review. We ask that all visitors sign a health waiver and participate in a temperature check upon arrival to the space.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Most of our classes are available for drop in. However, some programs have limited space. To insure your place in a class, please contact us before arriving. While all our welcome in this space, we reserve the right to limit the number of attendees based on space availability, program topic, or safety concerns. We also reserve the right to limit services if a visitor is unruly, unsafe, or disruptive.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that, sometimes, life gets in the way of having fun, learning, and self care. Whenever possible, we try to provide refunds for programs. Refunds are available on a case by case basis and vary depending upon the program. However some programs, including package based programs and deposits to hold space in workshops and classes, will not receive refunds.

CHECK-IN:

If you are receiving a treatment for the first time, are a new student, or new program participant, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early in order to check in and fill out your paperwork.

FACILITIES:

Cypress Pillar Healing Arts is an all inclusive community space. We ask that all of those visiting treat it with love, honor, and respect. Shared spaces have shared amenities, such as books and plants, and we request that all visitors treat these items kindly.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

By receiving treatments in this space, or by participating in our programs, workshops and classes, visitors are asserting that they are physically fit and able to receive these services. If you have any medical concerns please let your healthcare provider or instructor know before participating in any of our services.
