Lunch Boxx

11 - 11:45 am, 12 - 12:45 pm, or 1- 1:45 pm


Spend your lunch hour getting fighting fit! We’re making it easy for you to try out boxing by setting up a four station boxing circuit training that includes heavy bags, cardio, calisthenics, mitt work, and more. Drop in for an hour “ish” class that gives you time to move during your busy day. You’ll work out under the guidance of our Certified Personal Trainer Sensei James Smith in a friendly non-competitive environment.

The supporting fee for this class is $10 per one hour class. If you’re ready to commit to more than once a week, our package of $30 per week covers all 5 days for any time you’d like to drop in. Want to stay longer than an hour? The $30 package covers that too.
